“Our drones are manufactured in an underground production facility on the territory of Ukraine,” the intelligence chief said. Civil engineers and computer specialists also assist the SBU in development and production. Maljuk announced further use of explosive boats: “I promise it will come as a surprise, especially to our enemies.”
