A driver from the Netherlands was injured in a traffic accident in Innerbraz on Sunday evening. The man was so blinded by the low sun that he lost his way.
The Dutchman was driving along Obere Gasse in Innerbraz around 7 p.m. when he said he was suddenly blinded by the sun in a hairpin bend – for a moment “blind” he crashed his vehicle into a garden wall. The force of the impact deployed the airbag, causing the 40-year-old to pinch his nose and injure his arm. After first aid, he was taken by ambulance to the state hospital in Bludenz.
The other prisoners ended up there as a precaution, namely his wife and their three children. After a quick check everything could be made safe, they were all unharmed in the crash.
