Monday afternoon there was a collision between two cars in Lang (district of Leibnitz). Six people were injured.
At around 5:15 p.m., a 70-year-old from the Graz area drove his car on the municipal road towards L 602. According to him, when entering the intersection, he overlooked the approaching car, which was driven by a 19-year-old woman from Graz . There was a collision in which the young woman’s vehicle was thrown about 20 meters into the adjacent field.
The 70-year-old and his 59-year-old passenger, as well as the 19-year-old and two other occupants, suffered undetermined injuries and another occupant sustained serious injuries. All persons were taken to the LKH Südsteiermark. Both cars were a total loss.
