Dealer came to Austria illegally
A 40-year-old Nigerian living in Spain was observed handing over two cannabis herbs. He and his customer were arrested and the dealer was taken to the Linz Police Detention Center. His mobile phone and 10 euros in cash were seized. The African admitted that since entering the country illegally at the end of July 2023, he had profitably sold cannabis herb – he would not say how much – to various buyers.
A second Nigerian with a criminal record, no income and no place of residence was seen handing cannabis to a 26-year-old from Pasching. The customer was accompanied by his five-year-old daughter and his girlfriend. The 28-year-old drug dealer was apprehended and arrested. He also confessed.
