When the ex-top politician took a long walk with his now five-year-old dog ‘Kassandra-Antonia’, simply ‘Kessy’, at his second home on the idyllic Attersee in the Upper Austrian Salzkammergut, what happened: a Magyar-Vizsla. The hunting dog unexpectedly jumped on Hans Jörg Schelling’s much smaller four-legged friend and bit.
The ‘Krone’ reached the 69-year-old on his mobile phone, who confirmed the animal’s attack in a conversation: “The other dog quickly snapped.” According to reports, owner Schelling, who had a dachshund as a child, can do it again after the shock Breathe a sigh of relief – his dog “Kessy” is doing well again after surgery at the local vet…
