Unusual police deployment in Wals-Siezenheim: Officers captured six escaped goats with barrier tape on Friday evening.
The six cloven-hoofed animals escaped from an enclosure in Wals-Siezenheim on Friday evening. A man who occasionally looks after the enclosure initially tried to catch the animals himself, but then called the police. Together, the officers and the man managed to capture the goats again with the help of barrier tape.
The 56-year-old owner of the animals, who had since been contacted by the police, eventually drove the goats back to their enclosure. The animals were not injured, nor were other road users.
