A 17-year-old from southeastern Styria and a 16-year-old Slovenian living in Styria got into an argument at McDonald’s in Feldbach on Friday evening. As reported, the 17-year-old allegedly seriously injured his opponent with a stab in the stomach. He had to undergo emergency surgery at LKH Graz.
Murder weapon not yet found
The suspect was identified that same evening through statements from the victim and witnesses. He has not confessed to the charges and the murder weapon has not yet been found.
As the police announced on Sunday, the 17-year-old has now been admitted to the Graz-Jakomini prison on the orders of the Graz Public Prosecutor’s Office.
