A 26-year-old was stabbed by an unknown person on his way home in Vienna-Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus on Sunday evening. The young man initially did not notice the injury, but only later went to a hospital, where he was admitted as an inpatient.
The attacker approached his victim over a cigarette and then punched his victim’s chest so hard that the 26-year-old fell to the ground. The man then fled.
Chest pain got worse
The 26-year-old wanted to go to bed, but the pain kept getting worse, so he went to the hospital, where they discovered the deep stab wound in the chest area.
It was initially not possible to further question the man because he had been admitted to hospital. According to the police, his life is not in danger.
