Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed this Wednesday that “there will be ground intervention in Gaza” and that “they are working around the clock” on preparations to destroy the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas.
“We are engaged in a war for our sovereignty, for our very existence, and we have set ourselves two fundamental objectives: to eradicate the military and governmental capabilities of Hamas and to do everything possible to rescue the hostages held by the Palestinian Islamist group. to bring home.” Netanyahu said this in a televised speech.
Likewise, the Israeli Prime Minister has assured that he will not explain “the reasons” for giving the “green light” for the expected ground offensive.
