Hamas has told mediators that it will soon release some of the approximately 200 foreign prisoners it captured during the attack on Israel, Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the group’s armed wing, said in a video on the Telegram app on Tuesday. He did not provide further details about the number of prisoners or their nationalities.
