“It cannot be the case that a doctor in Burgenland cannot talk to patients because he does not speak German. “I ask Google if I have any complaints,” says a woman from the Oberwart district angrily. The stumbling block was an experience at the Oberwart Clinic, where the affected person went because of a medical problem. There, she had to use her hands and feet to communicate with her assigned doctor because he did not understand the woman’s concerns due to his lack of knowledge of German.
