Suspect in custody – horror attack on elderly person shortly after asylum application

Date:

Fear of death in the retirement home! After the horror attack on a 92-year-old woman in her room, a 23-year-old Algerian has now been identified as the wanted ghost. He robbed and raped the victim just days after seeking asylum…

As reported, in early October, the House of Life house in the fourth district of Wieden, which is owned by the board of directors of the Vienna Pensioners’ Residences, became the scene of a crime that was brutal even for seasoned criminals. A 92-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her room in broad daylight. After the rape, the perpetrator stole her jewelry, tore out the telephone cable – and locked the victim up!

Victim only released after son called
The injured pensioner was only released after a phone call from the concerned son, who could not reach his mother. However, there are currently no visitor registrations or other control or security measures in the home…

DNA hit led to Algerian
Now, four weeks after the horror crime, investigators from the National Criminal Investigation Department have been able to identify an urgent suspect based on DNA hits. However, they didn’t have to arrest the 23-year-old: he was already behind bars in Linz for multiple car burglaries!

During the interrogation, the North African explained that he was on the pill. He doesn’t know much anymore. Incidentally, the young man, who entered the country illegally, committed the shocking attack just days after seeking asylum. He made this when he was caught shoplifting in Vienna…

Murder with a machete made headlines
Only in the spring did the machete murder by specially traveled Algerian assassins in a metro station in the federal capital make headlines across Austria. A North African dealer (31), known to the police, had his arms and legs partially chopped off during the bloody settlement on behalf of the drug mafia.
