The Romanian cycled in Saint-Julien-Strasse in Elisabethvorstadt shortly after two o’clock. In hand: a wine bottle! As it turned out, the man was very drunk. When he fell, he injured himself with the shards.
The police conducted a breath analysis. This stood out: the man (40) had 2.28 per mille! He was taken in an ambulance to Salzburg University Hospital, where his cuts were treated. He is charged with driving under the influence. He risks a fine of at least 1,600 euros!
