Napoleon’s felt hat auctioned for a record amount

A felt hat of the former French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte was worth no less than 1.932 million euros at auction to a collector.

Gloves and a shirt that Napoleon is said to have worn on the island of Saint Helena also went under the hammer.
