Was it revenge for posting lovemaking on the balcony? After it got loud again on the Telfser Fuchsbühel in Tyrol, fists flew around Sunday evening. The “sex couple” injured one of its neighbors (29).
It doesn’t matter what time of day or night and whether children were playing in the garden or not: the neighbors had to watch again and again as a love-hungry couple loudly attacked each other on the balcony. The 42-year-old and his lover (39) faced a judge in Innsbruck at the end of April for sexual harassment, public sex acts and a number of other crimes.
The man, who had already had several convictions, was eventually fined 1600 euros, the mother of two children living at home – not legally binding – sentenced to 600 euros.
Loud party night escalated
But the renewed convictions and fines seem to have failed to impress the two. “Our sexually active neighbors were again completely drugged on Sunday night,” a neighbor told Krone. The two had a loud party around midnight. Officials left and were able to ensure the peace for the time being.
Moments later it was over again. “They rioted in a neighbor’s apartment and beat the resident. The whole settlement woke up. A little girl is still in shock today,” the neighbor said.
Forced entry to the neighbor’s apartment
When the police returned to the settlement, about 15 people wanted to do the laundry of the ‘sex couple’. “The considerable physical strength of the police officers was able to prevent the group from continuing to attack the two local residents,” the researchers describe. The 42-year-old and his girlfriend had previously forcibly broken into the apartment of a 29-year-old. “They slightly injured the man and also threatened him dangerously. In addition, objects in the apartment were damaged,” says the director.
The couple was eventually arrested. “It has been taken to prison,” said Hansjörg Mayr, spokesman for the Innsbruck prosecutor’s office. No decision has yet been made on the arrest.
