Serious accident in Feldkirch: A 16-year-old girl was hit by a car on a protective path on Saturday. The teen lost consciousness after the crash.
The 16-year-old teenager was out with a friend of the same age in Feldkirch on Saturday afternoon around 5.30 pm. Finally they came in the protection path on Naflastraße at the intersection with the L190. The crossing is controlled by a traffic light for pedestrians.

One of the two girls stopped in the middle of the protection path on a protection island there. The other wanted to cross the street quickly. At the same time, a 38-year-old woman from Feldkirch turned her car from the L190 onto Naflastraße and overlooked the girl on Schutzweg. The car hit the teenager, who was thrown first onto the hood of the car and then onto the street, where she hit her head on the asphalt.
The girl was unconscious for a short time after the accident and was taken to Feldkirch State Hospital after first aid with injuries of an undetermined nature.
