An unpleasant traffic accident took place in Dölsach (Lienz district) on Saturday! A 45-year-old local woman crashed her vehicle into the stationary car of a 54-year-old local woman. Both cars ended up in the ditch and the drivers were injured.
The 45-year-old was driving her car on the B100 towards Lienz shortly before 1 p.m. For reasons still unclear, her car left the road at an intersection and collided with the 54-year-old’s vehicle, which was parked on a municipal road.
Drivers seriously injured
The massive impact pushed both cars into the adjacent ditch. After first aid, both drivers were taken by ambulance to the Lienz district hospital with significant injuries. Significant material damage was caused to both vehicles.
