According to police spokesperson Christian Viehweider, the – again – unannounced meeting took place around 11 a.m. on the A12 near Kufstein Nord. Nine climate activists blocked the lanes towards Germany.
Five activists stood their ground
“Five of them were stuck to the asphalt,” Viehweider continued. Car traffic has now been diverted from the A12 near Kufstein-Süd. The trucks had to wait until the blockade lasted. This was finally officially broken up by the police around 11.15 am.
