Help for emancipation: The Basque government will approve the decree regulating the aid today 300 euros per month for the emancipation of young men and women between 25 and 29 years old in Euskadi. The program Emantzipa is considering direct financial support of 300 euros per month for two years for young people who have started or are about to start an emancipation process and whose annual income is between 3000 and 28,000 euros. The goal of this program is to reduce the average emancipation age to below 28 years and increase the emancipation percentage to 50% by 2030.
