Apparently, the month of May does not want to get into a summery mood towards the end. More rain is expected in the coming days. If you’re not a friend of sweaty temperatures, you can certainly be happy.
The weather will be relatively warm on Friday. With plenty of sunshine, the thermometer rises to 28 degrees, before rain and thunderstorms set in from midday, especially in the south and southeast, moving north. Showers are also expected in the northwest in the evening.
On Saturday it will be very cloudy, especially in the west and south, with occasional showers. In the south and southeast, the chance of showers also increases during the day. Especially in the lowlands of Upper and Lower Austria it will occasionally remain sunny and dry. Temperatures remain moderate – with a maximum of 22 degrees.
Rain and cloud will dominate on Sunday, especially in the south and southeast of the country, while the day will start out sunny at times in the other areas. Around noon the chance of a few showers increases, which become less frequent towards the evening. Temperatures usually do not rise above 20 degrees.
The start of the new week promises to be sunny – however, more clouds will build up during Monday, with the occasional shower or two. It will probably remain dry in the eastern lowlands and partly in the south. A maximum of 21 degrees is reached.
