The German speeder fled to Vorarlberg at 200 km/h

Date:

On Sunday evening, a Peugeot driver went on a wild chase with police in Germany. The persecuted man also made a detour to Austria. There the police lost sight of him – at least for a short time.

A 41-year-old driver was driving on the German highway A96 near Wangen at 3:25 am on Sunday. The police wanted to stop the driver, but he ignored all police attempts and accelerated – speeding away from the officers at 200 km/h. The rowdy also had two accidents when he braked his Peugeot 307 hard to avoid being overtaken by police. This also forced the officers to slow down.

Wanted to escape on foot
The man drove his car further south and to Vorarlberg. At the border crossing at Hörbranz he continued his way towards Wolfurt, where officials then lost sight of him.

Until Sunday afternoon, the 41-year-old German was again on the highway in his home country, this time near Bergen (Bavaria). First he caused an accident there, then the police were finally able to arrest him. An attempt to escape on foot failed. It turned out that the German did not have a driver’s license.
