On Friday morning a car collided with a school bus in St. Michael (Styria). The injured driver was taken to hospital.
Images that will make any parent shudder: Friday morning, shortly before 8 a.m., a driver collided with a school bus. The bus driver was driving on the street near New St. Michael Middle School when the crash occurred. “The St. Michael Volunteer Fire Department rushed to assist with four vehicles and 16 personnel,” said Chief Herbert Edlinger.
No children injured
The driver suffered unknown injuries in the collision and had to be taken to hospital. Everyone else was unharmed.
The blessing in disguise: the bus was empty except for the driver – the children had already been taken to school. Not a single child’s life was in danger!
