Early Monday morning, a motorist collided head-on with a parked car in Spittal an der Drau (Carinthia) for unknown reasons, causing the 21-year-old’s vehicle to roll over and come to a stop on its side.
The driver drove her car west on Rainer-Harbach-Straße around 6:15 a.m. on Monday. “The 21-year-old may have overlooked a parked car for unknown reasons,” police said. The woman crashed head-on into the left front portion of the parked car, causing her vehicle to overturn and come to rest on its side in the driveway of a home.
The driver was taken to Spittal Hospital with unknown injuries. No other people were injured. The Spittal fire brigade was present with four vehicles and 25 men.
