A display board stopped the involuntary drive of a 36-year-old driver in Gloggnitz in the Neunkirchen district. His driver’s license was confiscated.
On Tuesday afternoon, a driver left the road with his small truck on the B17 in Gloggnitz (Neunkirchen district) and then crashed into the electronic price display of a gas station. A traffic sign and a snow pole were also toppled during the involuntary “drive.” The 36-year-old driver from Vienna has now lost his driver’s license.
Alcoholic driver’s license revoked
An alcohol test came back negative, but the driver vehemently refused a drug test. The 36-year-old is expected to be reported to the Neunkirchen district administration and the Wiener Neustadt public prosecutor’s office.
