After it became known that the terrorist boys from Bruck an der Mur were still at large, the FPÖ wanted answers from the Minister of Green Justice. A parliamentary question awaits an answer.
The ‘Krone’ report about the two young people (15, 16) who wanted to blow up the younger boy’s class in Bruck an der Mur caused great outrage. They searched the Internet for instructions for explosives, sent beheading videos and decorated their profile pictures with IS flags.
For this, they were sentenced to unconditional prison terms last year at the Leoben regional court. Although the student and the apprentice motorist showed no remorse for the crimes they had planned involving explosives, they even received a reprieve from prison to complete their training, among other things.
Why was the postponement granted?
This angers FPÖ national councilor Hannes Amesbauer; he is now confronting the Minister of Green Justice, Alma Zadic, with a parliamentary question about the ‘terrorist boys’. He wants to inquire, among other things, about the exact reasons for the postponement of the detention, how long it actually lasts and whether the legally convicted persons have received instructions about their remaining time in freedom.
Of course, the subject of ‘ankle bracelets’ also keeps him busy. Both have submitted an application for this, the eldest’s application has been legally rejected, the younger’s application is still being decided.
