As with former TV and castle star Florian Teichtmeister, the new case also involves strict protection of the most personal domain of the suspect’s life until a possible indictment and criminal trial, which is intended to prevent identification. Teichtmeister never had to spend a day in prison. “We do not follow the call of the road,” the judge said in his ruling.
