The search for a missing 13-year-old took an abrupt turn on Monday evening when police officers wanted to check a single-family home in Klagenfurt.
Two patrols from the Ferlach police station encountered a strong odor of cannabis when they checked a single-family home in Klagenfurt in search of a missing 13-year-old girl. The police were surprised when they entered the house with the permission of the homeowner – a 49-year-old Slovenian.
Plantation, joints and missing girls found
Not only was there an artificial cannabis plantation there, they also found four people “smoking weed”. But that was not all: “The wanted abductee and another absconding minor (14) were found in the attic of the house,” the officers describe the strange operation.
Drugs and paraphernalia, as well as documents belonging to others and embezzled cell phones, were found on all attendees, including the two girls. During the official act, the homeowner suddenly became aggressive and attacked the police officers, resulting in him being arrested.
Missing girls attacked police officers
When the two girls each attacked a police officer, the handcuffs clicked for them as well. “The minor 13-year-old was handed over to her mother after the facts were established and the arrest was lifted,” the police explained the further procedure. A total of three officers were slightly injured during the operation: “When the 14-year-old was arrested, two officers suffered minor injuries due to the violent resistance,” it is described. The third officer was injured by the homeowner.
They are all reportedly at large.
