In France, the right to abortion is enshrined in law. Now the “freedom to abortion” must be given a (symbolic) constitutional status. The Senate has already approved.
Both houses of parliament will meet next week to amend the constitution accordingly. The recording has a more symbolic character.

The health insurance reimburses the costs
The government under President Emmanuel Macron submitted a corresponding bill in December. Both chambers of parliament had voted to enshrine the right to abortion in the constitution.
