Just a few weeks ago, a 16-year-old was released from prison in Lower Austria. Now he is back in prison “out of sheer stupidity” after robbing a man.
Unteachable – this trait probably best applies to a 16 year old from Krems. The boy was with two friends (14 and 18 years old) in the Krems Bühl Center when two boys aged 13 and 14 encountered him. He held the younger of the two outside a clothing store and demanded that he hand over cash and his jacket. Although his victim was able to break free for a moment, he grabbed him again and pushed the boy against the display.
Partly known
After the robbery, the trio went missing and the two teenagers reported the matter to the police. However, witnesses and surveillance camera images convicted the suspects. Explosive: The 16-year-old main perpetrator was only released from prison at the end of last year.
Now he has been returned to Krems prison. During interrogation he partially confessed. The motive for his crime: he only acted “out of sheer stupidity” and lack of money.
