The report of the loss of six out of a total of ten specialists in the ENT department of the Mistelbach State Hospital, together with the suspicion of a closure, has made many people uneasy. After all, it is one of only four such departments in Lower Austria’s hospitals. The report also led to numerous calls to the editor, including from a hospital employee who wished to remain anonymous but had a lot to say.
