Two drivers wanted to exchange their details in a completely civilized manner on Thursday evening after an accident in Vienna-Margareten. But when one of the two people involved in the accident suddenly noticed that the other was probably drunk, the police had to be alerted. What followed was a major riot and arrest.
The officers who intervened immediately became aware of the drunk driver. The 43-year-old driver partially lost his balance and eventually fell to the ground in front of the police officers.
Peed in the middle of the street
The driver then began spitting at the officers’ feet and suddenly urinated on the street. Despite repeated warnings, the drunk could not stop his criminal behavior.
Officer grabbed by the collar
“After being asked to take an alcohol test, the 43-year-old became increasingly aggressive towards the officers and suddenly grabbed one of the police officers by the collar,” police said on Friday. The man was eventually arrested and only released after questioning. He is facing several charges.
