Employees at both refineries were evacuated. In recent weeks, Ukraine has increasingly attacked oil processing facilities in its neighboring country to hit the aggressive state’s war machine.
Russia’s FSB secret service revealed that a suspected saboteur had been arrested in the Sverdlovsk region of the Ural Mountains. The 61-year-old is accused of planning a terrorist attack on local railway infrastructure.
