Convicted of assault

The man has now been in prison more or less continuously for fourteen years, according to his lawyer.
Accusations against the prison doctor
The lawyer now makes serious accusations against the treating doctor: “My client is being wrongly treated with a psychotropic drug cocktail due to conditions that have never been diagnosed in him. “I have therefore filed a complaint for personal injury and also informed the medical association,” said Arbacher-Stöger.
Damages case against the Republic
Mr. B. is so sedated and immobilized that it is difficult for him to do his job as a cook in a city center hotel in preparation for another release. The lawyer also wants to sue the Republic for 30,000 euros in damages.
