Two arrested during a farmers’ protest at the Vitoria Global Rural Conference

There have been two people locked up by the Ertzaintza during some altercations that took place in Vitoria-Gasteiz in a protest by farmers against the arrival of the Minister of Agriculture, Luis Planas, to the World Rural Forum Conferencewhich was held at the Europa Conference Center.

Throughout the morning, hundreds of peasants gathered outside the palace, summoned by Treviño and Álava through the countryside.
