The 17-year-old from Murtal was carrying out excavation work with a tractor on private property in Schoberegg in the municipality of Weißkirchen on Thursday morning. He operated a hydraulic digging arm attached to the rear of the tractor. The teenager became trapped between a bracket attached to the excavator arm and the roof of the tractor.
