On Thursday morning, a 74-year-old woman from Salzburg had an accident while taking the bus into the city on Aignerstrasse. While trying to get off at the Überfahrtstrasse bus stop, her handbag got stuck in the closing rear exit of the bus.
When the bus started moving, the woman fell and her leg landed under the rear wheel of the bus. The 74-year-old was taken to hospital by rescuers with unspecified injuries. An alcohol test on the bus driver was negative.
