The two perpetrators probably did not take the obligation of fasting on Good Friday very seriously and wanted to admire an Easter fire early. So they tried their luck on an Easter pile in the community of Glanegg – Maria Feicht. When the volunteer fire brigade arrived on the scene, a rather sad picture emerged.
“During an attempt to set fire to an Easter pile, two people had to be hospitalized due to burns to their faces and hands,” reports FF Glanegg – Maria Feicht on Facebook. “We did not have to carry out any extinguishing actions, the fire extinguished itself.”
