A Hungarian (35) was given a partial prison sentence at the St. Pölten Regional Court for prostitution trafficking, pimping and assault on his wife (18). The judgment is final.
For a 35-year-old, the love affair was rather a welcome source of income. Rather than pursuing paid employment himself, he preferred to let his young wife ‘work’ for him. In this case, buy one. The Hungarian now had to appear before the court in St. Pölten for prostitution trafficking, pimping, persistent violence and coercion.
But the suspect was not aware of any guilt. “She loved her job,” he says. The 18-year-old came up with the idea of working at the Laufhaus himself. She also voluntarily gave him the money she earned and he never hit her. Mrs. Rat did not want to believe this because of the many evidences, witness statements, transfers and chat histories. “He had constant control over me,” the victim said during the interrogation.
Partly known
After the man became increasingly entangled in contradictions, he pleaded guilty to part of the charges on the advice of his lawyer Martin Mahrer. The 35-year-old was ultimately given a legally binding sentence of 18 months’ partial imprisonment.
