Signatories include some of the human rights or welfare NGOs with the greatest global commitment, such as International amnesty, Oxfam, Doctors of the world And Charityin addition to numerous churches of different Christian faiths and national associations from countries on almost all continents.

It is a call that was initially launched on January 24 this year, signed by 16 NGOs at the time and is now being updated.

The call, which can be found at reliefweb.int, notes that the international community has been too unable to stop the war or increase the flow of humanitarian aid, despite UN Security Council resolutions on the matter.
