They wanted to talk about further support for Ukraine in the war against Russia. Sunak plans to meet Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin on Wednesday.

“Ukraine’s armed forces continue to fight valiantly, but they need our support now,” Sunak said. The new package will help Ukraine in this regard. According to the statement, this concerns the rapid delivery of ammunition, anti-aircraft defense, drones and technical support worth 500 million pounds (approximately 580 million euros).
