A teenager sent pornographic material to an 11-year-old and forced him to distribute it in his classroom. On Wednesday, the 14-year-old had to appear before the judge in Feldkirch.

A year in prison would be possible
It is a dangerous threat. A crime for which the law provides for a prison sentence of up to one year. In February, the older student sent the younger student a USB stick and a pornographic video and asked him to send the recordings to his classmates. The defendant’s clear message to the first-grader: “If you don’t do this, ten fourth-graders will beat you up.”
To prevent the boy from telling the matter at home, the 14-year-old follows up verbally: “You will no longer have joy, but thoughts of suicide.” But luckily it doesn’t get that far, because the boy still confides in his parents. They report it.
A lax handshake when apologizing
However, when questioned by the police, the girl denied the allegations. Things then work differently in the process. However, only after the prosecutor, judge and defense have explained in detail to the suspect the benefits of diversion and the associated criminal immunity.
Whereupon the 14-year-old apologizes to the victim with a casual handshake, but does not acknowledge the victim to look at him. Perhaps also because the suspect must complete 30 hours of community service as punishment within six months.
