When we ask, Nathalie Spiegelfeld, founder of the ‘MuM Academy’, the ‘online academy for mothers and mindsets’, has to smile: as a mother of four children, she knows the challenging daily life of parents, the tension, the constant stress, the constant doubts and the actual deep longing for closeness and harmony. Like many parents, Spiegelfeld once struggled with himself and all the family chaos, feeling like he was in a fog, trapped, under pressure and not enough. Then came the turning point: the lawyer reoriented himself, completed an appropriate education – and “learned” family life.
