Built in Bologna in Italy, demolished in Bad Ischl and Schleißheim! It’s been a sad 24 hours in Upper Austria for the luxury car friends from Sant’Agata Bolognese. Two Lamborghinis were lost in accidents. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries in the crash – a car flew 45 meters.
The black day for the speedsters from Bologna started on a rainy Friday when a sports car left the soaked road in Sulzbach near Bad Ischl and hit the crash barrier. This prevented the car from driving into the ditch, but the nose of the sports car became stuck underneath and was seriously damaged.
On the other hand, the following accident involving a Lamborghini occurred on a sunny Saturday afternoon in Schleissheim. And here the events are better documented: The 51-year-old behind the wheel, he is from Pucking, drove his sports car towards Weißkirchen around 12.40 pm together with a 50-year-old from Schleißheim.
Sports car took off from guardrail
In a left turn, the driver apparently accelerated too much, causing the sports car to drift. The speedster hit a guardrail on the left side of the road, took off and flew into an adjacent forest, where it crashed into a tree after about 150 feet. The two occupants were injured and were taken to the Welskliniek after first aid from the Red Cross. The speedster is a matter for the scrap metal press.
