Three foreigners are among those arrested
The four arrested are a local population, two Ukrainians and a Russian. They are accused of running a laboratory for the production of amphetamines and cannabis cultivation. The police say they have seized at least ten kilos of cannabis, 684 grams of amphetamine mephedrone and 107 grams of cocaine.
The Muslim-majority country has strict laws against drug use. Drug smugglers and dealers risk the death penalty. Dozens of people are on death row for drug crimes.
