This time the father returned a positive test! In Pasching (Upper Austria), a 45-year-old took his eight-year-old daughter to primary school. The problem: Because the man had violated a driving ban, the police became active and quickly discovered something else.
The 45-year-old local resident drove his car to the Langholzfeld primary school in the municipality of Pasching around 8 a.m. on Wednesday, ran into the driving ban and stopped to let his daughter get out.
Father was disabled
Police officers saw this and conducted a driver and vehicle check. According to the police, clear signs of impairment have been found. A voluntary rapid drug test returned a positive result and the man was therefore brought in for a clinical examination.
The doctor deemed him unfit to drive, his driver’s license was temporarily revoked and he was banned from driving any further.
