The new series “Krone NÖ” is not just about belly fat. Together with fitness coach Lukas Grigorescu from St. Pölten, there are now tips for a healthier life every week, in time for the start of summer. This time: You also need to learn how to snack properly.

The time between two meals can be quite long. Too long for some. A little snack in between is exactly what you need. But be careful: If you randomly dig into the snack drawer, you might regret it twice over.

“Snacks basically aim to stabilize blood sugar levels and give us energy,” says fitness coach Lukas Grigorescu from St. Pölten, who has helped more than 500 people get rid of stomach upset and feel better over the past nine years , and now launched the series “Fit in the Summer” with “Krone NÖ”.
