The Regional Civil Court dismissed the official liability claim against the Republic in the “prevention spiral”. The consumer protection association VSV believed that the Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG) had overslept warnings from the Spanish authorities to warn women about the risk of Eurogine IUDs.
