Monday starts with sunshine in most of Austria. However, according to Geosphere Austria, showers and thunderstorms may occur over the mountains and hills, initially in North Tyrol, later in the entire mountainous area and the foothills of the Alps. Early temperatures rise to ten to 16 degrees, daily maximum temperatures to 24 to 29 degrees.
There is a sunny day on the horizon on Tuesday. The chance of rain is small, the wind blows weakly. The temperatures are between twelve and 32 degrees.

Moderate wind on Wednesday
The weather will remain sunny and summery on Wednesday, but isolated storms may occur in the west. There is a moderate wind blowing from different directions. The meteorologists expect temperatures between twelve and 33 degrees.
Thunderstorms may develop in the south and along the northern side of the Alps on Thursday, while Saharan dust may cloud sunshine in the east. Temperatures reach 16 to 34 degrees.
Heavy thunderstorms on Friday
The peak of the swimming weather is expected on Friday at 35 degrees. At the same time, thunderstorm activity increases from Vorarlberg to Salzburg from the early morning hours. Some heavy thunderstorms can also be expected in the eastern half during the day. Temperatures are expected to be between 14 and 24 degrees in the morning and between 23 and 35 degrees in the afternoon.
