Safety and fun combined: summer means vacation and free time. If you want to make your free time both action-packed and educational, driving skills training is recommended. Dangerous and emergency situations are trained, since even experienced drivers are not professionals here.
Better predict and control critical situations, but also drive safely within the limit and literally discover when it becomes dangerous: Now, before the summer and holiday period, is the ideal time to optimize your driving skills and have fun at the same time – during a driving technique training from ÖAMTC driving technology.
The intensive car training is, as it were, the gateway to the world of driving technology. Braking and avoiding a water obstacle, emergency braking techniques, getting to know the vehicle-specific assistance systems or under- or oversteering in bends are practiced and the correct response to this is internalized. The highlight of this training is the randomly controlled lifting sling on which the stabilization of the vehicle is practiced.
In the subsequent training sessions you optimize your driving skills: Level 2, the dynamic training, challenges the drivers when obstacles suddenly appear or when changing emergency lanes, everything up to 80 km/h! As a highlight, a hydroplaning exercise is also carried out in 5 of the 8 driving technique centers.
Level 3, performance training: Slalom courses, cornering techniques, aquaplaning, steering and vision techniques and cornering dynamics are trained up to highway speeds. The highlight is the handling course where the exercises are repeated in quick succession at high speed. A condition for participation in performance training is that you have completed intensive and dynamic training. For all training courses, you can rent a car from ÖAMTC Fahrtechnik after prior registration and for a fee if you do not have your own vehicle.
