According to data released on Monday by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, of the total number of foreign contributors, the majority (83.62% in the CAV and 84.77% in Navarre) fall under the general regime, and slightly more than 15% are self-employed. In the Spanish state as a whole, Social Security added 77,912 foreign branches in May, an all-time high with almost 2.9 million contributors from other countries, representing 13.5% of total employment.
